got the idea on a hike that Jay (Bev's husband) and I took in the High Sierras,
a backpack trip. Everything I saw suggested a story. I saw a tree that
looked like a bear and I pretended I was an eight year old Indian boy with
my first bow and quiver of arrows. Of course, I'd want to shoot everything
in sight and with a child's wild imagination I'd see fierce animals
